Here you will find everything you need to know about how your order reaches you and how you can pay for it. We keep our shipping simple and our checkout secure, so you can order with confidence.

I. Where We Deliver

We ship to addresses across the United Kingdom and throughout much of Europe. Your goods travel from our partner warehouses in Asia and are handed to trusted carriers, including the Cainiao network, who see the parcel safely through to your local delivery service.

II. Delivery Times & Costs

The table below sets out our estimated delivery windows and charges. Times are given in working days and begin once your order has been dispatched.

III. Processing Your Order

Orders are usually prepared for dispatch within one to two working days. During particularly busy periods, such as a bank holiday weekend, this can take a little longer, but we always aim to get your parcel moving as quickly as we can.

IV. Tracking Your Parcel

As soon as your order is on its way, we will email you a tracking number so you can follow its journey right up to your doorstep. If your tracking has not updated for a few days, do get in touch and we will look into it for you.

V. Customs and Import Charges

For most destinations there is nothing extra to pay. For deliveries to Switzerland, however, local customs or import charges may be applied by the destination country, and these are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over such fees and are unable to predict their amount.

VI. Ways to Pay

We accept all major debit and credit cards, along with the popular digital wallets shown at checkout. Whichever method you choose, the amount is taken at the point of ordering, and your confirmation email will follow shortly afterwards.
